Hand signed artistic programme art print of West Ham goalkeeper Phil Parkes. When Parkesy joined the Hammers in 1979 it was for a world record transfer fee of £565,000 for a goalkeeper. Over his 11 year career at West Ham he went on to make 444 appearances winning the FA Cup in 1980. A lesser known fact is that Phil appeared as himself in Thunderbolt and Smokey in the boy’s comic magazine 'Eagle' giving coaching lessons.
The print has been reproduced on A4 glossy photo paper and comes in a black frame measuring 32cm x 42cm, with off white mount.
We only have one of these available.
